About

Who are you and how can you help me?

I'm AJ (they/he). I'm South Asian and British and I'm Autistic ADHD. I am a Neuroscientist, Decolonial Practitioner, Writer, Coach and Yoga Teacher. 


I help my clients to work through the shame and low self-worth of internalised ableism, to connect their struggles to wider systems of harm and oppression, and to design paths forward aligned with healing, purpose and co-creating a better world. 

Neuroscience-based Frameworks

I have developed Neuroscience-based frameworks to help you to get to know and work with specific aspects of your neuro-normal with compassion and accountability. You will learn to call on these methods and practices to support yourself and your mindbody needs while being able to hold yourself accountable for your actions. 

Neuro Embodied Yoga

Neurodivergent-accessible yoga including yogic philosophy, yoga ethics, pranayama (energy/life force/breath), asana (movement/positions), various elements of Patanjali's eight-limbs of yoga as well as other traditional and contemporary aspects of yogic practice to support your healing and growth.


Designed to encourage you to embrace your neuro normal and uncover your truest, highest self (your Purusha).


No posture hierarchy, no ableism, no fatphobia. Just Yoga. 

I can help you...

Whether you have been formally diagnosed or self-diagnosed as Autistic, ADHD or another form of Neurodivergence does not matter - it’s about whether you see yourself in the things described here. I can help you if you know you are Autistic and/or if you experience two of more of the following things:

  • A strong sense of justice - sometimes referred to as 'Injustice Sensitivity'
  • Intense feelings and reactions to things you perceive as unfair 
  • A tendency for 'all or nothing' thinking 
  • A strong reaction to perceived rejection - sometimes referred to as Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria
  • Trauma associated with feeling misunderstood 
  • A strong need for autonomy - sometimes referred to as Persistent Drive for Autonomy or Pathological Demand Avoidance
  • Over- stimulation/Overwhelm - sometimes resulting in shutdown (hypoarousal) and/or meltdown (hyperarousal) of your mindbody/nervous system
  • Sensory sensitivity (touch, taste, smell, sound, light)


I am not qualified to give advice on mental health treatment plans or medication. I use my knowledge of Autism, ADHD and Neuroscience and Yoga to provide frameworks and support for personal growth.
